You.<\/h1>\n<p>Here is a brief overview of the proceedings and the stage of proceedings in which I can defend you.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criminal defence<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In general criminal law, I regularly represent my clients against the following charges, among others:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Murder, manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter<\/li>\n<li>bodily injury, dangerous bodily injury, negligent bodily injury<\/li>\n<li>criminal law relating to narcotics, possession, trafficking, transfer, importation, exportation<\/li>\n<li>Arson offences<\/li>\n<li>Property offences such as theft, fraud, embezzlement<\/li>\n<li>Sexual offences such as rape, sexual assault<\/li>\n<li>Money laundering, counterfeiting, confiscation of assets<\/li>\n<li>Insult, defamation, slander<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">White collar crime<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In commercial criminal law, I regularly defend my clients against the following charges, among others:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asset recovery, seizure, confiscation<\/li>\n<li>Fraud, embezzlement<\/li>\n<li>Tax evasion, tax reduction<\/li>\n<li>Offences against competition law, trademark law, copyright law<\/li>\n<li>Corruption, bribery, corruptibility, bribery in commercial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Offences against the environment<\/li>\n<li>Insolvency offences, delay in filing for insolvency, preferential treatment of creditors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In every stage of the process<\/h2>\n<p>I defend my clients in every stage of the proceedings.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preliminary proceedings (letter from the police or public prosecutor&#8217;s office)<\/li>\n<li>From the court with the sending of an indictment or a penalty order<\/li>\n<li>As part of the main hearing (the court has already scheduled a hearing)<\/li>\n<li>In the appeal or revision (a judgement has been issued but is not yet legally binding)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: center;\">I.
