Criminal defence
In general criminal law, I regularly represent my clients against the following charges, among others:

- criminal law relating to narcotics, possession, trafficking, transfer, importation, exportation

White collar crime
In commercial criminal law, I regularly defend my clients against the following charges, among others:
- Asset recovery, seizure, confiscation

- Tax evasion, tax reduction
- Offences against competition law, trademark law, copyright law
- Corruption, bribery, corruptibility, bribery in commercial transactions
- Offences against the environment
- Insolvency offences, delay in filing for insolvency, preferential treatment of creditors
In every stage of the process

- Preliminary proceedings (letter from the police or public prosecutor’s office)
- From the court with the sending of an indictment or a penalty order
- As part of the main hearing (the court has already scheduled a hearing)
